Minimum Housing

The City of Dunn has a minimum housing code, which sets minimum standards for residential structures. The purpose of this code is to ensure the protection of the health and safety of the residents of our community. City staff inspects homes for compliance with the code. These inspections are conducted on a systematic basis, or in response to a specific complaint. If you have questions about the minimum housing code, contact the Inspections Department at 910-230-3505.
