All the City Cemeteries are maintained with grass cutting, weed eating, and flower removal. Any and all flowers placed in the city cemeteries in relation to a new burial will be cleared and disposed of after a period of 7-10 days. Any and all flowers placed on existing grave sites will remain untouched unless an act of nature removes and/or destroys them or the said flowers become unsightly. At that time, upon the city's discretion the said flowers will be cleared and disposed of. The City is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged flowers.

If you need information on a burial or location of a burial please contact us at the Public Works Office at 910-892-2948. If you would like to transfer lots or individual spaces you may download a transfer form here. Notarized forms should be sent back to Public Works.
