The City of Dunn has 3 city maintained cemeteries: Greenwood, Memorial (Veteran) and Resthaven.

The Cemetery Department has 4 permnament employees and 2 temporary workers usually during the summer months only.

2 or more spaces can be financed with an down payment for 12 months at 8% interest.

Cemetery Layout

All the City Cemeteries are divided up in Blocks which consist of several Lots which consist of 8 spaces.

All the City Cemeteries are maintained with grass cutting, weed eating, and flower removal. Any and all flowers placed in the city cemeteries in relation to a new burial will be cleared and disposed of after a period of 7-10 days. Any and all flowers placed on existing grave sites will remain untouched unless an act of nature removes and/or destroys them or the said flowers become severely unsigntly. At that time, upon the city's discretion the said flowers will be cleared and disposed of. The City is not responsbile for lost, stolen or damaged flowers.
