The purpose of the Rental Housing Ordinance is to establish minimum standards to safeguard life, limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the use, occupancy, and maintenance of all residential Dwellings and structures or portion thereof within the incorporated limits of the City of Dunn that are income/producing residential properties or portions thereof for which payment of any kind is received for the use or occupancy of the property or portion thereof.
