Inspections Department » Re-Inspection Fee« All Departments

A Re-Inspection fee of $50 is not limited to but will be charged in all of the following instances:

  • Job not ready for inspection (seven or more violations).

  • Building Code violations that will not be seen at the next inspection.

  • If the house or building is locked and the inspection cannot be performed.

  • Items not corrected on previous inspections.
