The City of Dunn follows an adopted Personnel Policy. It is the purpose of this policy and the rules and regulations set forth to establish a fair and uniform system of personnel administration for all employees of the City under the supervision of the City Manager and City Council. This policy is established under authority of Policy 160A, Article 7, of the General Statutes of North Carolina. If you have questions about the policy you should contact the Human Resource Director.
