Spring Litter Sweep

This year's Spring Litter Sweep has been set for Saturday, April 20, 2024. Plans are to meet at City Hall at 8:30 a.m. and pick up litter until 11:00 a.m. Click HERE for the Registration Form.

City of Dunn Advisory Board Opportunities

 The Dunn City Council is currently accepting applications for the following Advisory Boards.  

  • Alcohol Beverage Control Board
  • Community Appearance Committee
  • Dunn Housing Authority
  • Planning Board including ETJ member
  • Parks & Recreation Advisory Board 

Applications are available in the Administration Office located at 401 E Broad St, Dunn NC or download the application HERE.

Interstate 95 Widening Update - Street Closure

Beginning THIS Sunday, March 24, 2024, concrete barriers will be installed across the entrance to East Broad St. along the I-95, Exit 73 ramp. Anyone wishing to access businesses at this ramp or Stoney Run Drive, will have to continue down the ramp, turn onto 421 (Cumberland St) and either turn onto Lee (road at Bojangles) or turn at Sampson Avenue (any trucks, should turn at the light at Sampson) to get back to East Broad Street. The roadway from East Broad Street to Stoney Run Drive will remain unchanged at this time.
