The City of Dunn is currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. This position performs collection & clerical duties in the City's Finance Department. Tact, courtesy, and diplomacy are required while dealing with frequent public contact. Duties include: cashiering, collections and complaint resolution; assisting customers in person, by phone and by mail; calculating fees, balancing cash drawer; handling requests for utility service orders; entering applications for new and discontinued services. Candidate must have working knowledge of cash receipting and balancing in an automated environment; must be able to perform mathematical computations and be able to enter data with speed and accuracy; must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Positions requires a high school diploma or GED and some work experience performing cashiering and a variety of accounting tasks and functions.
