The City of Dunn is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Support Specialist for the City Manager's Office. The position requires a professional individual with excellent communication skills; both oral and written; appropriate punctuation, spelling and grammar, exceptional typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail; ability to transcribe dictation. This position serves as primary office and administrative support for the City Clerk and City Manager; acts as receptionist for the Administration Department.

- Minimum Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft products and other relevant software. Assists with preparation of Board Agendas; receives and compiles agenda materials; some evening work may be required. Proficiency at multitasking including answering and directing phone requests, faxing, email, walk-in requests.
- Special Requirements
Requires five years directly related experience or two years of college or Associate Degree.
